1. First Step is to submit our contact form. It’s the single best way to share your vision and the magical details for a balloon order or entertainment event. Our form includes all the info we need and has a spot for you too! The more details your can provide about your event, the better!

2. We’ll respond to your email Monday afternoon through Thursday morning. New Inquiries are not answered over the weekend or holidays. We are excited to discuss the details and help you plan your unique event. We love making you look good by celebrating life’s moments with a bit of Funny Faces flair! We're busiest with events Thursday - Sunday, thank you for be patient if you contact us toward the end of the week.  We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

3. We will work with you via email to design your event. We are happy to chat on the phone as well, we find that email is the most visual way to communicate. Paid site visits are available for events with decor budgets of $1,000 or more. 

4. We will send a link to our agreement by email for you to review and approve, when your event details are set.

5. Paying is easy-peezy! You will use that same agreement link to pay the deposit/payment in full. All events must be paid in full 14 days before the event. Payments are easily made online with a credit/debit card through Paypal, Venmo or through the mail by check.

6. Celebrate and enjoy the big event!

We’re ecstatic events are back! We got into this business because we truly enjoy bringing people joy.

We are offering balloon decor, balloon sculpting, caricatures, waterproof glitter tattoos and face painting.

*Glitter tattoos are applied to the arms or legs.

Sustainability

As a lifetime Madisonian and mom to three, it’s important to me to run an environmentally-sensitive company. Funny Faces has a 100% electric delivery van! We are a member of the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance, an international organization dedicated to safe balloon practices.

Our professional quality balloons are made from latex sustainably harvested from rubber trees. Our decorations are filled with air, not helium, which is a scarce natural resource. We do not support balloon releases, and we are commited to sending our latex and foil balloons to a speciality recycling facility. Our used latex balloons are ground into a finer powder used to make athletic mats, padding and other rubber-based products.  Our used mylar balloons are recycled in the same manner as candy wrappers.  They're extruded, pelletized and turned into plastic products. 

When you are using balloons, we encourage you to “pin it and bin it” too! Funny Faces' customers have the option to help with our green cause by paying a voluntary recycling fee that covers cost of recycling.

The stakes used to anchor your yard balloons and other outdoor balloon decorations can be recycled in your garden or given back. If your design used rented bases and framing we’ll collect those after the event for reuse. 

Balloon Care

Balloons are affected by temperature change, sun, heat, weather and people. They are a product that are typically enjoyed for a short period of time when left outdoors. For best results keep balloons indoors in a temperature controlled environment. 

Balloons placed outdoors will develop a velvety sheen, and may pop more easily. We cannot guarantee the lifespan of outdoor balloon decor, but we’ll always do our best to ensure your balloons last as long as possible.

Outside, balloon sculptures are a bit like ice cream cones or live flowers; they are best enjoyed fresh.
Indoors, with gentle care, balloons can last weeks. . .or even months.
